2013 Greatest Around the Poconos Nomination Period

The 2013 nomination period for the Greatest Around the Poconos™ began on September 10th. It  ran for exactly forty-five days. Ending on Monday, October 15th. The rules are very simple. A listing (i.e. person, place, business or thing) must receive a minimum of twenty five nominations in order to appear on the voting ballot. If there are not at least 5 listings that qualify with the 25 minimum nominations, the category will not be placed on the voting ballot. The voting ballot opens on October 30th.

Nominations are the only way that someone or something can be included on the voting ballot. Please nominate as many listings within the categories as you can to help identify the best/greatest around. Not only is this a tremendous thank you to the merchant, doctor, staff, artist, personality, etc. but it will also, in turn, help promote local shopping and commerce in the Poconos. You can nominate once per day for the entire forty-five day nomination period.

The voting period lasted thirty-days and concluded at 23:59:59 on 11/30/2012. It was at that time that the Greatest Around the Poconos was added to the ballot :)
