We really thought of making this category one that we editors picked. The research would have been difficult but we felt we were up to the task. Unfortunately our waistlines weren’t and so we decided to let you vote. It turns out we have a lot of great places to get ribs here in the Poconos.  Not even on the ballot last year and now first place! Tickle My Pig BBQ in East Stroudsburg has made quite a reputation for themselves since their opening in 2010. All meats are dry rubbed and slow smoked over hickory and fruit woods with sauce choices of Midwest Mild, Smokin’ Hot and Carolina Cool. Be sure to stop in and try all three!
