One would hope that anyone who uses another person’s body as there canvas would be a great artist. That isn’t always the case though and so we felt a social obligation to the Poconos to find out whom the community trusts with their skin. Plenty of great artists from some of the top establishments got nominated. Congratulations to the winner of “Best Tattoo Artist in the Poconos” for 2013.
